Who We Are
Executive Prestige Cleaning Services is not just another cleaning company where majority of them consider you just another number on their invoice sheet. We have spent a collective 10 years + in the Hospitality industry and understand what a client actually wants. From top end luxury hotel training, quality control inspectors, and high level hosts who are top 5% of homes in their city entrusting us with their turn overs, we are setting the new standard. Whether your a host or a regular hard working individual living in your home or apartment, let us show you how a clean should be done; we won't let you down!

How long does an Executive Clean take?Typically a few hours, and if it's a turnover with a checkout at 11am and check-in at 3-4pm, we will make sure to get it done for the next guest!

What if I run out of supplies?Difference between hiring us and another cleaning service is we will never leave ya hanging. Some cleaners may say we can't run out and get laundry detergent for washing your linens and sheets if you ran out because they don't have the time. We'll I am happy to inform you we do have the time. When you book us, we do what is necessary to make sure we get the job done properly without an issue. We can send you an additional invoice for the items and charge it to the card on file.

Do you inspect the sheets, linens, and comforters on every clean?Yes, every single time. Even if you are not a host doing an Airbnb, we will still give you the same exact Executive Clean. This means we will have lint rollers on hand, make sure were inspecting every sheet and linen out of your dryer to insure no hair, stains, or damage is present, and then we will make the bed perfectly like your in a Luxury Hotel. Why wouldn't we do this, you paid for it and deserve this!

What is the refund policy?When you choose to book with us, we do not refund the purchase. However if you do let us know within 48 hours of your booking date/time that a reschedule is needed, we will roll that amount paid to the next clean. If you do not notify us within 48 hours of the reschedule, there will be an additional $50 fee added to the card and the purchase will not roll over.

Do I need to provide anything for the cleaners?No, we will have everything necessary to complete our job!

What does "Approval Required" mean on Service - "Executive Marines Same Day Clean"While this is catered mostly to hosts who have a no show cleaning service on a same day turnover (Guest checking out and new guest checking in within same day) give us a call first so we can confirm availability in saving the day! Odd's are 98% of the time we can make it happen :)

What is a Quality Control Inspector?A QCI is one of our team members inspecting your home to make certain you received a five star clean. In addition, given this is my full-time job as being a Co-Host and running Executive Prestige Cleaning Services, I may also stop by to do your inspection. Nothing better than meeting the owner and building relationships am I right? You are going to receive the same attention to detail and care I have instilled with entrusting over 350 guests who all gave me a five star rating in all categories with emphasis on Cleanliness.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
